oDevelop and conduct group and one-on-one training for new and existing staff and client credit unions on business applications and software, company policies and procedures, industry knowledge and skills and professional development.
oEvaluate the trainee's job-specific skills, such as technical proficiency, communication, and problem-solving abilities to determine areas for growth and development.
oAssess professional development skills such as communication and teamwork to help employees and clients develop their skills and become more effective in their roles.
oTailor training to the individual needs of each employee or role.
This includes providing personalized training sessions and developing customized training materials that address specific areas of weakness or knowledge gaps.
oAnalyze trainee feedback to improve the effectiveness of training programs and help employees and clients achieve their full potential.
oWork with department managers to determine the training needs of the organization and clients and schedule training sessions accordingly.
Work with Compliance and QC to develop and expand training on regulations, policies, and best practices, required to ensure ongoing compliance.
oEstablish written training plans that outline the goals, objectives, and timeline of the program.
Create and maintain relevant procedure manuals, how-to guides, and departmental policies.
oDevelop course content and lesson plans to include audio/visual aids, such as PowerPoint presentations or video tutorials.
oImplement a workplace train-the-trainer program to include function-specific skills instruction and methods for teaching these skills to others.
oDevelop a successful onboarding program to ensure a seamless transition for new hires and clients.
oLeverage data auditing and monitoring to analyze performance data to identify additional training needs.
Ideal candidate will have at least three years mortgage operations experience with at least one year of mortgage industry training and coaching.
Requires superb communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
Excellent time management, organizational and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of self-motivation.
Proficient with industry technology platforms and mortgage software, preferably Encompass.
Must be highly resourceful and willing to and able learn new processes and procedures.
Limited travel may be necessary.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
